Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Engineering Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.\nThe work model for the role is on site\nIntroductionof the position\nIndustrial Engineer is responsible for the production running support activities in terms of Master data maintenance, problem solving, production set-up of new production line, quality improvement and continuous improvement.\n You will be mainly accountable for:\nNew Product Introduction (NPI)Manage the project and process of introducing new products into production for the factory\nTransfer product, process knowledge and the required technical package (includes but not limited to design drawings/BOM/test specification/process map/WI/fixture drawing/control plan) from production responsible units or design authorities to local team, train and qualify operator to ensure they have proper skills to produce new product.\nDesign the process flow diagram, production Layout (efficient flow of material and process) and value stream map\nSet up new production line equipment and fixture, after it works stable transfer all knowledge and document to equipment engineer for daily operation\nSet up product testing process to ensure that the product meets the requirement specification\nCreate documents/drawing/template etc. to ensure local production smoothly and properly manage them.\nVendor tooling or measurement system design and setup\nSupport the setup of manufacturing process and capabilities in other factories when required\n\nSet up master data in SAP as per super BOM, conduct a PDR (Material Master, Variant Configurator, Bill of Materials & Routing) transfer to other factories or loading to local SAP.\nSupport Certification (NEPSI, PAC, etc.) application and take sub-project as required\nSupport part localization and sample inspection\nDaily production support and timely update the WI to ensure a smooth and trouble-free operation\nSupport the vendor tooling & measurement system troubleshooting and problem solving\nFollow the Change Management Process to implement the Engineering Change Notification (ECN) and Design Change Notification (DCN), make changes in SAP and ensure the proper roll out of the changes in production\nResponsible for design for manufacturing and process standardization, raise ECR to production responsible units or design authorities to improve product quality, cost and efficiency if see any opportunity\nContinuously improve process with LSS tools to reduce manufacturing time, cost, improve efficiency, quality, inventory\nLead or support on automation and smart factory activities\nother task related to improvements projects and coordinate with other teams to achieve production targets\n,Our team dynamics (Optional)\nYou will join a active and collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nResource Qualifications\nElectronics, electrical automation or relative background\nComputer Skills\nMicrosoft Excel, Word and Power point (Project, Planner, Power-BI are advantageous)\nSAP BOM and material creation (basically SAP MM/PP modules)\nProEngineer or AutoCAD or solidworks\nProgramming skill like VB/VBA, C++, LabVIEW/Python is an advantage\nWork experience\nAt least 3 years working experience in a related Engineering environment.
