Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPlanning & Fulfillment Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nEnsuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.\n\nAssembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.\n\nIdentifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.\n\nScheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.\n\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nBachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.\n\n2+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assembly to order environment.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes.\n\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).\n\nDevelop and maintain master production schedules (MPS), capacity plans, and work order execution timelines.\n\nAPICS Knowledge.\n\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nEffective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.\n\nAdvanced English Level.\n\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
