Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nEnsuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.\nRecommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.\nIdentifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.\nManaging the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nBachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.\n4+ years of experience in production supervisor or similar roles.\nExperience in electrical manufacturing transformation process or similar.\nExperience in SCRAP KPI'S, defects, order expiration & production rate.\nExperience to lead operation crews +40 people.\nKnowledge in Microsoft office, SAP, Power BI & ETO.\nLean manufacturing tools.\nIntermediate English level.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
