Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nProduction ManagerYour role and responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and optimize the operations of an accredited Liquid Flow Calibration Laboratory, ensuring efficient calibration activities, resource utilization, and laboratory performance. Each day, you will oversee production planning, manpower management, equipment maintenance, and compliance with laboratory quality standards. You will also showcase your leadership and technical skill by ensuring adherence to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements, maintaining accreditation standards, and supporting continuous improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role contributes to the Measurement & Analytics Business Area in the Bangalore (Peenya)-India region. Main stakeholders include Production, Quality, Maintenance, Metrology teams, NABL assessors, laboratory personnel, and internal/external customers..\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLeading day-to-day operations of the Liquid Flow Calibration Laboratory, ensuring timely and accurate calibration services while meeting customer and quality requirements.\nPlanning staffing, calibration schedules, and laboratory resources to support effective capacity utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.\nSupervising flow meter calibration activities and maintaining metrological traceability through approved calibration methods and industry standards.\nEnsuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, NABL accreditation requirements, quality systems, technical documentation, and measurement uncertainty practices.\nSupporting continuous improvement through equipment reliability, audit readiness, quality control programs, corrective actions, and team capability development.\nQualifications for the role:\nB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.\n5+ years of experience in a NABL-accredited Flow Calibration Laboratory with practical exposure to flow meter calibration and laboratory operations.\nGood knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements, NABL accreditation processes, and laboratory quality management systems.\nPractical experience in Gravimetric and Volumetric Flow Calibration, including calibration of EMF, Coriolis Mass Flow, Vortex, and Swirl Flow Meters.\nExpertise in Measurement Uncertainty evaluation, CMC development, IQC, ILC/PT programs, with demonstrated analytical, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.\nMore about us:\nThe Measurement & Analytics Division is among the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, working at the heart of industrial digital transformation.
