Develop and implement process controls.\nIdentifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.\nResponsible for KanBan maintenance/replenishment. \nCoordinate and perform Kronos system daily changes for payroll accuracy purposes.\nPerform administrative duties in a timely fashion, including timecards, vacation planning, absenteeism program, disciplinary actions, HSE trainings, etc. \nAssure production quality, with emphasis on the product and the process, Lean Mfg.
