Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nOperations Manager__\nABB is searching for a Production Supervisor to support our second shift out of the Jonesboro, AR manufacturing facility. This position ensures efficient and cost-effective production results that meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level).\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas\nThis position works 10-hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.\nYour role and responsibilities:\nOrganizes and allocates resources to meet production targets effectively and efficiently.\nResponds to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.\nEnsures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.\nIdentifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees\nimplementation of actions to improve production performance.\nManages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.\nProvides leadership and development to create a skilled work group.
