Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThe Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on all custom product orders throughout the complete order lifecycle, from quote to delivery. This role provides oversight of quote quality, ensures order progress tracking, generates analytical reports, and serves as a key information hub for order status and performance metrics. The Project Coordinator does not perform order entry but focuses on monitoring, analysis, and reporting to drive operational excellence.\nThis role contributes to the Electrification, Installation Products division of ABB Canada and is located in Montreal Nord.\nThe work model is hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office.\nResponsibilites\nMonitor and track all custom product orders from quote through final delivery\nPerform complexe quotations and handle overflow from quotation team during peak periods\nReview and supervise the quality and accuracy of quotes before release to customers\nValidate quote specifications, pricing, and terms for compliance and correctness\nGenerate comprehensive order status reports for management and stakeholders\nFollow-up with customers on open quotations\nAnalyze order data and create performance metrics (on-time delivery, quote turnaround, order trends)\nIdentify bottlenecks, delays, and issues in the order-to-delivery process\nMonitor manufacturing and logistics progress against timelines\nTrack custom product specifications to ensure manufacturing alignment with customer requirements\nConduct root cause analysis on order delays or quality issues\nPrepare weekly/monthly executive summaries on order pipeline and performance\nMaintain organized documentation and data accuracy for all orders and quotes\nEscalate critical issues to management for resolution\nProvide regular status updates and dashboards to internal teams and management\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred\nMinimum 2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, business analysis, or similar role\nBilingual French-English. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside Quebec.\nStrong analytical and reporting skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nProficiency with data analysis tools, dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI preferred)\nAbility to interpret order management systems and extract meaningful insights\nStrong attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy\nAbility to identify trends and communicate findings to various stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in custom manufacturing or engineering quote review\nFamiliarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or order management systems\nKnowledge of industrial products and technical specifications\nExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)\nExposure to lean or six sigma methodologies\nProject management or business analysis certification\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical Thinking: Interprets data to identify trends and performance gaps\nAttention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in monitoring and reporting\nCommunication: Clearly presents findings and status to diverse audiences\nProblem-Solving: Identifies root causes and escalates issues appropriately\nOrganization: Maintains systematic tracking across multiple concurrent orders\nQuality Oversight: Supervises quote accuracy and compliance standards\nTime Management: Prioritizes monitoring activities and meets reporting deadlines\nWork Environment\nThis role operates primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to manufacturing and warehouse facilities to verify order progress. The position requires regular communication via email, phone, and video conferencing.
