Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nWorking with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.\nCreating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality, timely implementation within the targeted cost.\nCoordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.\nCoaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.\n Qualifications for the role:\nBachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or similar engineering. \n2+ years of experience in similar positions. \nSolid knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings. \nSkilled in AutoCAD, CREO and Solid works. \nSolid knowledge in some ERP (SAP, Oracle or related), Excel and Power BI.\nAdvanced English is required.\nYou are passionate about hands-on learning, problem-solving, and skilled in effective communication and teamwork.\nMore about us\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
