Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers.\nThe work model for the role is # LI - Hybrid.\nThis role is contributing to the to the Energy Industries for INOPC based in Bangalore, India.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLead medium to high complexity engineering and automation projects, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.\nAnalyze customer requirements, identify process gaps, and design effective solutions in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.\nDevelop project plans, effort estimates, and cost projections while ensuring quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, supporting engineering, testing, installation, and commissioning activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve technical issues, drive project execution, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.\nContinuously improve project outcomes by recommending enhancements to products, processes, and customer service while staying updated with the latest trends in process automation and digital technologies.\nYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role:\n8-12 years of experience in Process Automation, particularly within large Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, or Water projects.\nstrong experience in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), including complex multi-system architectures, third-party integrations, retrofits, upgrades, commissioning, and lifecycle support activities.\nHands-on expertise in industrial IT infrastructure, including virtualization (VMware/ESXi), server and client integration, Windows Administration, RAID configuration, Active Directory, domain management, and Group Policy administration.\nSolid knowledge of industrial networking and cybersecurity, including managed switches, routers, firewalls, system hardening, cybersecurity design, McAfee ePO, WSUS, and secure network architecture for automation systems.\nProficiency in Process Automation applications and communication protocols, including MODBUS, OPC, HART, Profibus, and Foundation Fieldbus. Experience with ABB 800xA systems is essential, while exposure to legacy ABB platforms such as Advant, Safeguard, Infi90, or SCADAVantage will be an added advantage.\nDemonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global and multicultural environments.
