Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business in Jakarta.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLeading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.\nMonitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.\nIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.\nDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.\nOur team dynamics \nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.\n8-15 years of project management experience in electrical distribution, electrification, power systems, or EPC projects.\nStrong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, protection systems, substations, and electrical distribution solutions.\nProven experience managing project execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.\nFamiliarity with ABB ELDS portfolio, relevant IEC standards, and Indonesian industrial/infrastructure project environments.\nStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, customers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.\nProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, SAP, or equivalent.\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
