Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nGlobal Operations ManagerDaniel VAYour Role and Responsibilities\nYour role and responsibilities\n\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and execute medium-sized projects in accordance with established project management processes, contractual requirements, and organizational standards. Each day, you will manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities to meet scope, schedule, quality, and financial objectives. You will also demonstrate your leadership skills by guiding cross-functional project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring on-time delivery of contracted commitments and project outcomes.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI -Onsite\nThis role contributes to Automation in the Blending- Energy Division and is Bangalore-Peenya region in India. Main stakeholders include project managers, customers, engineering teams, procurement, vendors/contractors, finance teams, site/commissioning teams, and senior management.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nManaged end-to-end project execution for blending, paint, and lubricant industry projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.\nManaged project financials including cash flow, billing, revenue tracking, order value management, and contract administration.\nDirected cross-functional teams and resource planning to support project execution, monitoring, and stakeholder alignment.\nIdentified and mitigated project risks while consistently pursuing opportunities to improve project outcomes and profitability.\nOversaw project close-out activities, including customer acceptance, contract closure, and smooth handover.\nApplied mechanical engineering skills and utilized MS Project/PMP methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and in compliance with customer requirements.\nQualifications for the Role:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering, complemented by effective verbal and written communication skills.\n8-12 years of project management experience in the Paints, Lubricants, Pulp & Paper, or related process industries.\nDemonstrated ability in managing blending projects, including planning, execution, contract management, and project delivery.\nSolid knowledge of project financials, including cash flow management, billing, revenue tracking, and order value control.\nProficient in MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office applications; PMP certification.\nDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate effectively, resolve conflicts, and support project execution across multiple locations (30-40% travel).\nMore About Us\nThe Energy Industries Division serves a wide range of industrial sectors, including hydrocarbons, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation and water.
