Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nPMO Manager__\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to combine technical leadership with project management responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects from initiation through completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project priorities, and serve as a key interface between customers, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division of ABB and will be responsible for the following:\nWorking with customers and internal stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that meet technical, commercial, and operational requirements.\n\nPlanning, coordinating, and controlling project activities to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.\n\nLeading multidisciplinary teams and aligning engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and service activities.\n\nMonitoring project risks, opportunities, costs, and performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.\n\nManaging projects end-to-end, balancing technical excellence with successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.\n\nQualifications for the Role\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.\n\nYou have preferably more than 5 years of experience in engineering project execution, electrical systems, automation, power distribution, or related industrial environments.\n\nDemonstrated project management experience and strong understanding of project planning, risk management, cost control, and stakeholder management.
