The work model for the role is:On Site This role is contributing to the Project Management activities in ABB Apodaca Plant 1. You will be mainly accountable for:\nProcess mapping \nIdentify key project milestones to keep track of order progress and fulfillment (engineering release, material ordering, material fulfillment, changes in shipping dates, etc.) \nCreation and development of relevant dashboards help in the order pacing \nProcess automation \nDocument Control activities \nRecord Drawings and test report mailbox ownership \nCustoms report on shipped projects \n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.\nBasic knowledge of SAP.\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\nProactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
