Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProject Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will take ownership of project order handling, coordination, and delivery, ensuring seamless communication between teams, timely execution, and exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the AUPI business in Egypt \nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOrder intake & documentation: receive, process, and document customer orders and project requirements with accuracy and attention to detail\nProject coordination: coordinate between sales, engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure all orders progress smoothly from award to delivery\nSchedule & milestone tracking: monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks early and escalate to senior management when needed\nStakeholder communication: maintain regular contact with customers, internal teams, and vendors; provide timely updates on project status, changes, and issues\nOur team dynamics \nYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role\nYou are immersed in projects and enjoy working with automation, or electrical systems.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field\nPreliminary knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK or similar framework familiarity is a plus)\nExperience with project management tools or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)\nKnowledge of manufacturing, automation, or electrical systems Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks\nExcellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English; fluency in Arabic is advantageous\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe want you to bring your full self to work on your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
