Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nHead of Project Management & Operations - Motion Egypt, North & Central Africa__\nYour role and responsibilities \nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid\nThis role contributes to managing projects in Egypt, North & Central Africa across Motion.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nConducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance.\nPreparing materials and assisting in project reviews.\nTaking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.\nControlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.\n Qualifications for the role\nBSc degree in Engineering, (Electrical & mechatronics are preferable).\nExperience 2-3 years of experience in Project Management.\nWork experience in complex applications across various industries.\nThe job holder will be responsible for solving customers' technical and operation problems related to previous projects and new projects as well as being in line with customer production / operation requirements.\nCarry regular investigations with Customer to identify the optimum delivery approach & recommend the proffered technical solutions avoiding losses or any negative consequences. \nSettle internal issues that might hinder the professional delivery of projects orders. \nPlanning ahead: - Ability to develop annual execution plans in line with business plans.\nAbility to establish long-term strategy to ensure cost-effective execution and delivery.\nAbility to control, plan & forecast necessary resources which might be required to cope with business targets.\nSkills & abilities: - Effective communication skills & Personal Leadership Skills.\nCustomer Focus and market orientation.\nTeamwork and collaboration with ability to build teams.\nWork under pressure for long durations with maximum effective output.\nTime management, scheduling and planning.\nChange management and leadership\nAbility to define roles, responsibilities to the project team.\nFluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is a must.
