Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nSenior Project Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this ABB Smart Power role, you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate high demand projects at Data Centers across the US. Each day, you will support execution of project activities. You will also showcase your expertise by helping ensuring on-time delivery within project budget and our operating model.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI - hybrid in Richmond, VA.\nThis role is contributing to the ABB Smart Power team within our Electrification Service division.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nAligning field resources in accordance with schedules provided by project managers.\nSupporting coordination of various administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation and follow up are provided via email, SharePoint, and Project Management software.\nCreating and maintaining service cases ensuring administrative information is complete and up to date.\nCreating and following up on purchase requisitions.\nMaintaining timely communications with all project stakeholders (HSE, Service, PM, etc), ensuring proactive up-to-date engagement across all assigned projects.\nTroubleshooting and resolving coordination and/or administrative concerns.\nActing as key interface between Projects and Service (internal and external) teams.\nQualifications for this role\nBachelor's Degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
