Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nQuality Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.\nThe work model for the role is: {onsite}\nThis role is contributing to the {EL-ELDS-DSSWPAIS: MV primary AIS}in {Xiamen, China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSupporting specific communication relevant to quality management in your area of responsibility.\n\nAssisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization.\n\nUsing quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.\n\nFacilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.\n\nTQMS (ISO9001, ISO11012, GB/T27922, Nuclear Power QA etc.) document preparation and maintenance\nSupport to setup, review, update and improve procedures, work instructions and forms for workflows.\n\nReview, approve and release in TQMS System Tool and ensure no misuse of the document.\n\nConduct/coordinate internal, customer, third party TQMS audits timely and effectively.\nCoordinate with third-party auditing units, customers and internally to fix audit schedules\n\nPrepare/update internal audit checklists, training to internal auditors. Prepare for external audits.\n\nConduct the internal audits, coordinate external audits according to the audit schedules.\n\nCoordinate Manager QCT(Quality Check Tour) and product/process audits if required.\n\nRecord, peport, assign and follow up NCRs from various audits timely and effectively.\n\nProvide good supports for project bidding, pre-qualifications, project/product certifications.\nPrepare project quality plan, ITP and other document according to project, bidding requirements\n\nCoordinate the application/implementation of project/product certifications based on business requirements\n\nWell coordinate and prepare for TQMS Management Review. Finish the reports and follow up the action items.\nOther quality assurance activities according to the QA plan and other tasks assigned by QD/QA Managers\nOur team dynamics \nYou will join a {dynamic, talented, high performing}team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor degree\n\nAbove 5 years working experience in quality assurance, quality management or relevant functions.\n\nExcellent knowledge on quality management and ISO9001\n\nquality engineer certificate or with equivalent knowledge and skill\n\nGood auditing skills and good communication skill, systematic thinking and planning to optimize workflow.\n\n6 Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.\n\nFluent spoken and written English\n\nReady to take responsibilities.
