Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nQuality Control Specialist__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute, document, and validate functional, safety, and performance electrical tests on low- and medium-voltage switchboards, ensuring compliance with UL, IEEE, ANSI standards and customer specifications, while guaranteeing product quality, reliability, and safety prior to release. UL standards for switchboards include requirements related to construction, performance, insulation, grounding, and acceptance testing.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the low voltage team in SLP.\n You will be mainly accountable for:\nPerform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).\n\nExecute dielectric (Hi-Pot), continuity, insulation resistance, operation sequence, and functional tests.\n\nVerify power, control, protection, and metering circuits.\n\nConduct visual and dimensional inspections in accordance with electrical and mechanical drawings.\n\nValidate internal wiring according to electrical schematics and diagrams.\n\nConfigure and verify protective relays and metering equipment.\n\nGenerate technical test reports and quality documentation.\n\nIdentify nonconformities and propose corrective actions.\n\nEnsure compliance with electrical safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support product release.\n\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic or Electronics Engineering.\n\n3+ years of experience in similar roles.\n\nSolid knowledge of ANSI, UL and IEEE standards.\n\nExperience working with electrical safety controls.\n\nHands-on experience in relay programming and control systems.\n\nKnowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and tools.\n\nFluent in English.\n\nStrong teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.\n\nBenefits\nWe also offer our employees the following benefits:\nSaving fund\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nLife insurance\n\nRetirement plan\n\nHealth and dental insurance\n\nWellbeing program\n\nMore about us\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
