You will also showcase your expertise by coordinating the efforts of all necessary local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance and ensuring that the necessary certification requirements are met throughout the organization.\nThe work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution at Nashik, India.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nInfluencing and consulting with management within the local ABB unit to innovatively shape the design and development of your functional area to improve the organization’s overall performance.\nEnsuring appropriate internal and external communication relevant to quality management system.\nImplementing short, medium- and long-term strategy, activities, and planning to develop the quality management system, based on identified risks and opportunities, in collaboration and agreement with the local management team.\nEstablishing a closed-loop quality cycle from product development to customer experience feedback to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.\n Qualifications for the role\nDegree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time)\nMinimum 8 to 14 years of experience in In-process Quality and Customer Complaint of MV Switchgear (Indoor or Outdoor Circuit Breakers / AIS / GIS)\nProven expertise in CAPA, Process Audits, Lean Six Sigma, QA processes, documentation, and standardization.\nDemonstrated leadership in enhancing product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction\nStrong communication skills with customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective complaint resolution and collaboration.\n More about us\nABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
