Join us and help run what runs the world.\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.\nThe work model for the role is: ON SITE\nResponsibilities :\nResponsible for managing material discrepancies in production\nAct as the main contact point between warehouse, production and procurement related to material issues.\nEnforce proper adherence to process and corrective action on material issues (picking related, production location errors, etc.)\nResponsible for expediting shortages with warehouse and procurement to support production needs.\nCreate NCRs in Autodesk with all the details, part number, project number, serial number, picture\nWork in conjunction with Quality Specialist to close non-conformities in an expedited fashion.\nInspect the parts in stock if it is batch issue and take disposition.\nConduct Incoming inspections of flagged items.\nDisposition and control of parts in Quarantine and adherence to red-tag process.\nSAP related transactions for material movement, to block part, reject part etc.\nGenerate Monthly report for scrap etc.\nAnalyze trends and recommend improvement opportunities.\n Qualifications :\nDiploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering Technology, orrelated field.\n3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial quality role.\nProficiency in SAP & MS office suite.\nExperience with Autodesk Build or similar digital quality platforms is anasset.\nProficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.\nExcellent communication, documentation, and training skills.\nEmployment Equity & Inclusion Statement (Canada)\nABB values the dedication, commitment, and expertise of all our employees.
