Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nMarketing & Sales Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will advance continuous improvement and operational excellence across ABB Electrification, transforming how we operate by combining process optimization, system expertise, and consistent quality focus. Each day, you will lead strategic initiatives that span EDI connectivity, SAP optimization, Salesforce excellence, and operational transformation - working across Customer Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, IT, and Business Excellence to deliver measurable impact.\nThis role is contributing to ABB Electrification in Diegem, Belgium.\nMain stakeholders are Customer Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Business Excellence, and international teams.\nReporting Manager: Local Business Unit Manager ABB Electrification Belux.\nWork model: hybrid.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSetting up, implementing, and managing EDI-connectivity solutions with customers and external partners to ensure seamless data exchange and integration across platforms.\nLeading business and IT transformation projects as Project Manager - including SAP implementations (S/4HANA migrations, Conga deployments, digitalization programs) - from planning through execution, change management, and user adoption.\nIdentifying, developing, and implementing continuous improvements within SAP environments and related systems, with a focus on process standardization, efficiency, and quality.\nActing as Salesforce (SFDC) Champion and key user, coordinating CRM optimization, user adoption, and delivery of customer and market intelligence through the platform.\nInitiating and executing Operational Excellence programs focused on efficiency, standardization, quality improvement, and organizational culture transformation.\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a collaborative team where continuous improvement mindset and operational excellence are core values.
