Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nQuality Control Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.\nThe work model for the role is: onsite\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSet up and update incoming , process& final inspection related instruction, and give training to inspectors. \nCoordinate components and process quality issues handling, facilitate internal & external quality improvement through quality data statistic, analysis. \nInvolve in the NPI project and new supplier, new components/material develop project for quality planning and control. \nResponsible for investigation for customer complaint, lead corrective action setting up and following. \nInvolve in internal & external audit, and follow the implementation of corrective actions.\nParticipate in suppliers annual audit & PPAP, approval, and potential supplier assessment. \nOther tasks assigned by the management.\nQualifications for the role\nB.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, automation, or related field.\nOver 5 years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry.\nVery good knowledge and experience of ISO9001:2000 and Lean 6 Sigma; ISO/TS16949 is preferred.\nBasic PC skills, Microsoft office, SAP skill is preferred.\nFrequent oral and written English.\nGood experience of problem solving and capable of leading.\nCommunicate effectively, Commitment to excellence, Flexibility and self-learning, Problem solving, Teamwork, Technical orientation.\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
