Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nQuality Specialist__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Main stakeholders are ELDS.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCustomer Complaint Management: Handle CCC cases timely and effectively.\nRoot Cause Analysis & Improvement: Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product, service, and process improvement.\n\nQuality Issue Resolution: Participate in customer feedback collection, resolution, and improvement initiatives for major quality issues.\n\nContinuous Improvement: drivesignificant improvement projects, with a particular focus on recurring and repeat cases.\n\nYou will join a dynamicteam, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field\nMinimum 1 year of professional experience in quality assurance, production, or product management\nStrong problem-solving skills using statistical and analytical techniques\nExcellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external teams\nDemonstrated ability to manage conflicts constructively and reach effective resolutions\nFluent in English (facilitating meetings in English)\nFamiliarity with power system architecture and switchgear structure is a plus\nMore about us\nABB is a technology-based provider of power and automation products, systems, solutions and services.
