Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nQuality Specialist__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.\nThe work model for the role is: #L-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the ELSPin Juarez, NL, Mexico. Main stakeholders are ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nResource allocation: Organizes and allocates resources to effectively and efficiently meet inspection rate targets. Responds to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the testing area.\nProduction scheduling and testing plan: Executes testing plan accordingly to production plan to meet the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan.\nEquipment and facilities: Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.\nTesting execution: Ensures execution of quality testing of equipment, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned complexity of the product.\nOperations improvement: Identifies deficiencies in testing process efficiency, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve testing performance.\nCritical line issues: Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams /respective quality specialist.\nPeople leadership and development: Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.\nHSE and Quality Focus: Works with the quality and HSE team to ensure compliance of the hourly employees to the quality and safety criteria defined for the product.\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role\nA Bachelor's degree. (Engineering background desired).\n3-5 years of experience in similar positions (Electrification/Electrical components process knowledge is a plus).\nA collaborative, solution-focused approach, strong written & spoken communication skills.\nLeader/Interpersonal/Management of teams skills as the candidate will coordinate a group of blue collar staff. (+20)\nBe able of develop the analysis of the issues detected during the assembly process in order to ensure the high quality of the product.
