Here, your work creates impact you can see and feel, every day.\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will help ensure that parts, products, and systems meet established quality requirements before moving to the next stage of production and, ultimately, to the customer. You will perform inspections, testing, documentation, and quality activities using established standards and procedures to support ABB’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.\nThe work model for this role is: On-site, based in Bartlesville, OK.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nMaintaining and updating quality documentation, including contract data, engineering drawings, standards, specifications, and technical reference materials.\nPerforming incoming, in-process, and first article inspections, including handling materials, interpreting engineering drawings and purchase orders, and verifying components meet specified requirements.\nUsing precision measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pressure gauges, go/no-go gauges, and thread gauges.\nAccurately documenting inspection results and completing related inventory transactions in SAP.\nSupporting calibration activities by entering and maintaining calibration records, preparing equipment for shipment, and auditing calibration tools and equipment.\nSupporting discrepant material processes by documenting issues and coordinating DMR/MRB activities.\nCollaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to investigate and resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with ABB’s quality management systems.\nRequired qualifications for the role\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment.\nWorking knowledge of quality inspection processes, measurement tools, and quality documentation.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.\nProficiency Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nMust be authorized to work permanently in the United States.
