Make it your story.\nYour Role: Meet the Challenge\nIn this role, you will be responsible for giving service and orientation to sales and commercial team while provides support in daily basis to engineering department.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the the ELSB Transformers Business Line based in Nogales.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nWork closely with IT, Materials, Production and Quality departments to support ongoing initiatives, new projects, and daily tasks.\nCoordination with Customer Service to assist in customer product troubleshooting.\nAnalyze and provide possible products meeting customer requirements.\nProvide technical data to Sales and Commercial teams when required.\nProvide support to new projects from Commercial team.\nIdentify and be aware about which products have or may have significant impacts on sales to be included on future projects.\nGive orientation in products selection and orders placement.\nProvide reports to Engineering Leader and Technology Manager.\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a team that support each other, collaborate, and enjoy the journey to keep learning.
