By rethinking, rewiring, and improving, we combine the world’s best minds and technologies to elevate performance to a whole new level.\nYour Role and Responsibilities\n·Product Research, Development and Design\n-Lead the mechanical structural design of motor/generator products, including 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing of core components such as stators, rotors, housings, and cooling systems.\n·Technological breakthroughs and innovation\n-Resolve technical challenges in the R&D process and propose innovative solutions.\n·Cross departmental collaboration and project management\n-Collaborate with electrical design, FEA/CFD, PM, suppliers and production departments to ensure timely delivery\n·Technical specifications and knowledge management\n-Develop technical specifications, test reports, and user manuals to support product certification and market promotion.\nQualifications for the Role\n-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, automation and other related.\n-Proficient in mechanical design, with extensive experience in the research and development of motors and generators.\n-Lead the design work of at least one project of motor or generator.\n-Familiar with motor manufacturing process.\n-Be good at Office, AutoCAD, NX, have the experience of SAP and PDM system will be better.\n-Skilled in electrical circuit, can understanding the working principle and the main part of motors.\n-Fluent in written ,reading and oral English.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
