Drive specialized prototype development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and timeline targets are met. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nDesign & Technical Excellence - Apply advanced motor design principles to create electrical designs for industrial motors that meet ABB specifications and industry standards. Demonstrate continuous learning and mastery of ABB engineering tools and problem-solving methodologies.\nPrototyping Leadership - Define and execute prototype development strategies, including equipment and tooling requirements.
