Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite.\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Apodaca. \nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSupport recruitment and selection processes for operational / blue-collar positions.\nAssist with candidate screening, interviews, and recruitment follow-up.\nSupport the administration and tracking of candidate and employee files.\nFollow up on open positions according to business and staffing needs.\nParticipate in talent attraction activities and recruitment events.\nSupport the onboarding process for new employees.\nAssist with recruitment-related reports, metrics, and follow-up activities.\nGain knowledge of benefits, compensation schemes, and employment conditions for operational employees.\nOur team dynamics (Optional)\nYou will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nActive student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.\n1 year or less remaining before graduation.\nIntermediate English.\nInterest in developing a career in Human Resources / Recruitment.\nProactive, organized, responsible, and eager to learn.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n What's in it for you?
