Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nIS Service ManagerYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction by designing, developing, and operating automation solutions based on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). Each day, you will apply your technical expertise to automate complex IT processes, improve service reliability, and increase operational efficiency across the organization. You will act as a key technical expert and trusted advisor for automation services.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI_Remote\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nProactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.\nIdentifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.\nReviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.\nInstalling and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.\n Qualifications for the role\nBachelors Degree in Information Systems or similar.\nAt least 6+ years of experience working with Ansible and AAP.\nStrong hands-on experience with Ansible and AAP, including playbook developments, managing roles, inventories and workflows.\nProven experience in automation, systems engineering, DevOps or/ and Infrastructure operations.\nSolid understanding of Python, Linux and Windows systems, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT environments.\nGood knowledge of version control (Git) and automation best practices.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze failures, optimize automation , and propose improvements.\nAdvanced English Level is required.\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
