Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Robotics Automation Division- Robotics Operations in Italy.\nMain stakeholders are Sales Organization, Customers, Proposal & Engineering Team, Project Management, Product Management, Global Business Units and Factories\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOffering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.\nPerforming analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.\nDeveloping and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).\nEnsuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.\nQualifications for the role\nYou are highly skilled in technical-commercial proposal development, cost estimation and solution definition for the industrial robotics and automation market.\nYou have 3-5 years of experience in sales support, proposal engineering, application engineering or industrial automation.\nPossess an enhanced knowledge of ABB RobotStudio, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools and costing methodologies.\nYou are passionate about customer focus, negotiation, teamwork and problem solving.\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent technical background.\nYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English.\nAvailability for occasional customer visits and business travel.\nCompensation Package\nAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:\nApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico\nMinimum annual salary: €39.000\nVariable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus\nThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.\nBenefits as per policy\nFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families\nWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized services\nCanteen or meal vouchers provided\nJoin us.
