Make it your story.\nYour role and responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will reach both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your knowledge by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.\nThe work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite\nThe role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Buildings Business to be based at PUNE, Maharastra.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nResponsible for sales including business development of Low Voltage Switchgear (Final distribution) products for Pune and Surrounding Areas.\nPrepare sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.\nMaking Timely Offers and focusing on conversion to orders through lead management and Opportunity funnel management in SFDC.\nGenerating the agreed sales Volume along with profitable sales through effective sales process.\nTimely Collections of due payments and other liabilities of sales.\nQualifications for the role:\nDegree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution, with a full-time qualification.\n8-10 years of overall sales experience in the electrical/electrotechnical industry.\nMinimum 6-7 years of relevant sales experience in Low Voltage (LV) final distribution products.\nIn-depth product knowledge of MCBs, Distribution Boards (DBs), Isolators, and Modular Switches.\nDemonstrated experience in sales and business development with Panel Builders, including customer relationship and account management.\nDemonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, develop market potential, and expand the customer base.\nSolid capability to develop and execute clear sales strategies, convert opportunities into business, and consistently reach sales targets.\nMore about us:\nABB Smart Buildings enables optimization of energy efficiency, safety, security and comfort for any building type, through new installations or retrofit solutions.
