Reporting to the Head of Sales , you will be responsible for the local sales organization to meet motivated targets and fulfill customer expectations.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI_Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Motion Traction Sales function in Bangalore, India:\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCover OEMs, End users, System Integrators , Rail OEMs, and influencers, identifying new business opportunities and converting them to meet sales targets.\nMaintain an opportunity pipeline while providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales teams.\nEstablish and maintain reliable customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle, including material delivery and after-sales support.\nPromote Motion traction propulsion technology, service offerings and digitalization solutions and new products through product promotion events, seminars, and effective team collaboration.\nDevelop and own the account management plan, implement to achieve overall objective\nPlan and Participate in various industry forums related to the division and promote technology, products\n.Qualifications for the role\n10-15 years of Sales experience as an individual contributor with experience preferably in Traction propulsion technologies / Converters / Traction Motors / TCMS etc\nKnowledge of the India railway segment and SFDC operations for sales tracking and reporting.\nExperience in direct sales, account management, and cross-selling to facilitate business growth.\nKnowledge with Low Voltage converters, traction motors, Propulsion systems etc.\nProficient communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented, motivated mindset.\nSkilled written and verbal communication for effective customer and internal stakeholder engagement.\nB.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics; full-time, regular employment.\nMore about us \n\nABB Motion Traction specializes in traction technologies that power rail vehicles, industrial transport, and marine applications.
