Proactively anticipate and identify shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial action. Drive top line growth.\n\nIdentify and evaluate opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a global/local basis, determines plans for implementation and allocates resources.\n\nDefine, execute, and ensure the achievement of the established objectives and results (eg. order intake, margin, price, efficiency, etc.).\n\nDevelop new sales channels.\n\nOversee market, competitive analysis and market segment definition activities. Ensure the market is well monitored by developing, maintaining and effective usage of efficient marketing and sales tools.\n\nDevelop, implement and review sales processes and tools, and all related training and development activities.\n\nCoaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.\n\nWork with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.\n\nJob Requirements:\nEngineering major or comparable with training in Business Administration and Management.\n\n10+ years experience preferable with automation background, and experience by business development in pharmaceutical, Chemical, and health care industry, 5+ years’ experience in Sales Leadership.\n\nExcellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience\n\nStrong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation.\n\nSelf-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs and managing ambiguity.\n\nGood at English language\n\nResults-oriented execution mindset.\n\nA mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement\n\nWe value people from different backgrounds.
