Sales Manager__
In our Motion Business Area, in Croatia, Zagreb, we are looking for a experienced Senior Sales Specialist. We are covering following markets: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania. Sales specialist will proactively work on future business development, monitor sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively lead, hunt for new customers, develop and coach the sales organization (cooperation with other sales managers, channel manager and sales specialists within scope) to exceed the sales targets through high performance.
This position will report to the Sales Manager of Motion business, and you will be accountable for sales of drive, motors and PLCs, driving sales volumes and margins. In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.
Your responsibilities
- Proactively work on new business development and hunt activity.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promotes customer understanding of full product and systems offering, and aligns to provide a solution.
- Ensures positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales documentation using company tools.
- Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
- Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
- Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
- Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Your background
- Business entrepreneur mindset, self-drive person.
- Graduated from Electrical, Electrical and Electronics or Control and Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience - living sales and strive to deliver excellence in sales.
- Good knowledge of Drives, Motors and PLCs will be highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, MS tool and SAP will be considered as advantage.
- Product and market knowledge of LV/MV drive systems will be appreciated.
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Language knowledge: Croatian - fluent level, English advanced.
- Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills.
- No obstacle for travelling - valid driving license.
