Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nHead of Sales__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day, you will complete the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting data and supporting production of the engineering design. \nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Motion Services in Indonesia.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPerforming survey work, standard computations, analysis, and basic design tasks.\nExercising judgment on limited details of work and on application of standard methods and preparing project documentation within your scope of deliverables.\nAssisting customers on technical issues and interacting with official contacts, contractors, and other staff within your scope of deliverables.\nSupporting in communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.\nParticipating in workshops related to engineering design, tools, and processes.\nOur team dynamics \nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical, Physics.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within digital solutions, industrial automation, electrification, energy management, or related industries.\nProven track record of achieving sales targets, growing market share, and managing a healthy sales pipeline.\nStrong understanding of digital solutions, IoT, industrial software, analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives for industrial and commercial customers.\nDemonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key customer stakeholders, including technical, operational, and digital decision-makers.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and profitability management.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive customer value.\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
