You will play a key role in delivering sustainable business growth by promoting ABB's automation solutions and identifying new market opportunities.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid # LI-hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Machine Automation division in South Korea. Main stakeholders are in the OEM business.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nDrive sales of ABB's automation products, systems, and services in line with business strategy and growth objectives.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders.\nIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the automation market.\nCommunicate ABB's value proposition and execute effective sales and marketing activities.\nManage customer discussions related to quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions.\nSupport sales administration, project coordination, and cash collection activities when required.\nAchieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and market share growth.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of sales experience within the industrial automation sector.\nStrong knowledge of automation products, technologies, and applications.\nProven experience developing and executing successful commercial sales strategies.\nDemonstrated ability to build customer relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.\nSelf-motivated with excellent networking, collaboration, and cross-cultural communication skills.\nNative-level Korean language proficiency.\nBusiness-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nYou are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for industrial automation and a strong understanding of OEM customer needs.
