Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nSales, Service and Project Execution Regional Leader - Critical Power - Latin America__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Electrification Critical Power business line and customers during the technical advice and solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid \nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Team in Colombia.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n· Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB CRITCAL POWER products/systems/applications.\n· Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.\n· Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and supporting achievement of targets on orders and revenues.\n· Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product line of CRITICAL POWER in the region.\nOur team dynamics \nYou will join a professional team, where you will be able to thrive.\n Qualifications for the role\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or as an Application Engineer\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields (licensed / certified engineer)\nExperience with critical power equipment (Switchgear, PDU, UPS)\nProfessional working proficiency in English\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
