You will become part of ABB’s international environment and work alongside experts shaping the future of digitalization, automation, and sustainable energy.\nThis position is suitable for experienced professionals as well as junior candidates and graduates interested in digitalization, automation, and IT.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupporting the team in preparing proposals and concepts for digital solutions in industry and energy\nReviewing customer requirements and specifications and translating them into technical solution concepts\nSupporting the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including solution scope, costing, pricing, and documentation\nUnderstanding ABB’s portfolio of digital solutions (Automation and Energy Industries)\nCollaboration on solutions in areas such as AI/ML, Digital Twin, Predictive Optimization & Condition Monitoring, Energy Management, MES Systems, Cyber Security, etc.\nClose cooperation with Sales and digitalization, automation, electrical, systems, and software development teams to develop competitive and technically compliant solutions\nSupporting cost calculations and collecting technical and commercial inputs from internal teams and external suppliers\nParticipating in (internal) customer meetings and technical discussions during the proposal phase\nEnsuring that proposals meet customer requirements, ABB standards, and defined technical and commercial conditions\nSupporting the handover of successful proposals to project execution teams\nOccasional travel to customer sites\nWho We Are Looking For\nSecondary or university education in electrical engineering, IT, technology fields, or experience in customer communication focused on technical or IT solutions\nInterest in working with the latest technologies and trends in digitalization\nAnalytical thinking and the ability to understand technical and commercial requirements\nAbility to work with and structure technical information and documentation\nCustomer-oriented mindset and interest in combining technology with business\nActive knowledge of English, both written and spoken (B1 level or higher)\nProactive, communicative, and able to work independently\nWillingness to learn and develop new skills\nConfidence in working within an international environment\nPrevious experience with all listed technologies is not required -
