Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nMarketing & Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead regional/local marketing and sales activities for products, systems, services within the defined industry segment(s). Each day, you will ensure that the related business substantially increases sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the definition of industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).\nThe work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Motion business based at Bangalore, India:\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nDeveloping and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party and project sales.\nInterpreting the global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements and implementing with country specific action plans.\nActivating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify best processes, equipment, and automation practices, etc.\nDriving the growth of the top line in each target industry segment.\nWork closely with:-Business Lines (Motors & Generators, Drives, Digital/ Service Operations & Field Service Teams/ Channel partners and workshops\nEnsure seamless execution from sales to delivery\nQualifications for the role\nHave Experience of 8 to 10 years\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)\nMotors & Generators services (must-have)\nIndustrial service sales / power sector\n Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and applications (good-to-have)\nStrategic thinking with strong execution discipline\nDeep customer understanding in power generation space\nOrder intake and revenue growth (Power Generation segment)\nInstalled Base penetration (%)\nService Agreement growth\nMore about us\nABB Motion provides pioneering technology, products, solutions and related services to industrial customers to increase energy efficiency, improve safety and reliability, and maintain precise control over processes.
