You will also showcase your expertise by helping the customers to achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise and knowledge on ABB's digital solutions.\nThe work model for the role is: hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Automation Business Area in Lima, Perú.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nTesting and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout through training and retraining the customers to understand the software and its benefits and providing subsequent ongoing support and services.\nParticipating in the assigned stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle including digital opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, PoC / pilot, solution deployment, and post go-live operations/support.\nExecuting ideation workstreams from identifying needs to validate and define development together with cross-functional teams of digital software engineers, user experience, and subject matter experts for value creation.\nSupporting customers right from the sales cycle through the go-live, post-implementation review, and subsequent follow-up stages.\nFurther developing and implementing the sales strategy for the digital portfolio.\nTaking responsibility for the systematic development of the sales pipeline, actively pursuing opportunities through to successful closure to ensure budget achievement.\nAnalyzing customer needs and leveraging your knowledge of the ABB portfolio to develop tailored and effective digital solutions that deliver optimal customer outcomes, measurable added value, and sustainable innovation potential.\nMeet with clients to understand business processes, needs, and expectations, and conduct discovery workshops to identify challenges and objectives\nSolution Design: Develop and present tailored solutions, including software, hardware, or cloud-based systems, mapping product capabilities to client requirements \nFollow up with end customer or via Account Managers their decision-making process and manage objections\nRun discovery value assessments at sites\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degreein Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field. \n15+ years of professional experiencein industrial, mining, automation, digitalization, or related environments, with strong knowledge of mining industrial processes. \nStrong expertise in industrial data architecture and OT/IT integration, with the ability to connect systems, technologies, and data across the organization. \nKnowledge of AI and Machine Learning applicationsfor industrial processes, as well as Industrial Cybersecurityand OT environments. \nStrategic and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to identify and lead opportunities for industrial systems integration and digital transformation. \nAdvanced English proficiencyand availability to travel.\nAt ABB, we are dedicated to addressing global challenges.
