You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nParticipating in defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility, in alignment with the group guidelines, policies, and procedures.\n\nRecommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty.\n\nProviding support for special real estate initiatives.\n\nEnsuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of ABB owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.\n\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nBachelor's degree in electrical, automation, robotics, mechanical, or a related engineering field.\n\n4+ years of experience in similar roles as a facilities specialist.\n\nPrevious supervisory and team management experience.\n\nAutonomy / Proactivity / Leadership / Teamwork.\n\nExperience in communicating across disciplines such as facilities, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, mechanical, compressors, utilities, and automation.\n\nKnowledge and interpretation of single-line diagrams (AutoCAD).E\n\nExperience in project management.\n\nExperience in budget management.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 and 50001 - corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.\n\nIntermediate English proficiency.\n\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
