Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nChapter Lead__\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nAct as lead engineer for the design and development of power converters, by defining and developing innovative power electronics solutions to fulfill customers requirements, within a multi-disciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, thermal and control experts.\nIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.\nWork model: #LI-Hybrid\nLead the end-to-end design and development of innovative power converters, including simulation, validation, documentation, and testing of both hardware and software components.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineers and suppliers to define technical requirements, develop cooling systems, and ensure feasibility and integration of solutions.\n\nConduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting, build simulation models and prototypes, analyze performance data, and optimize designs for efficiency and reliability.\n\nDrive technological innovation by staying updated on industry trends, proposing new methodologies, and contributing to the strategic direction of power electronics development.\n\nDesign and optimize power converter architectures for low-voltage DC applications, including power semiconductor selection (Si, SiC, GaN), PCB layout review, thermal/electrical simulations, and system validation using tools such as MATLAB, LTspice, PLECS and Ansys.\n\nOur Team Dynamics\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nQualifications for the Role\nMSc or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, specializing in Power Electronics and converter design\n\n5+ years of experience in power electronics development, including simulation, prototyping, and testing\n\nProficient in power conversion topologies and power semiconductor technologies (modules and discrete)\n\nSkilled in simulation tools such as LTspice, PLECS, Simulink, Ansys, Maxwell, Icepak, and Fluent\n\nExperienced with MATLAB, Python (NumPy), MathCAD, and PCB design tools like Altium Designer\n\nHands-on expertise in lab testing, using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment\n\nFluent in English, with strong communication skills and a proactive, innovation-driven mindset\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
