Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nHUB Execution Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid in New Berlin, WI. \nThis role is contributing to the Motion - High Power Division in the USA.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLeading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.\nMonitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.\nIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.\nDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.\nYour role and responsibilities:\nTake commercial and technical responsibility for your projects and manage effectively by structuring, planning, budgeting, and execution from delivery until end of warranty\nEnsures that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.\nActs as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
