Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nLocal Division Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.\nThe work model for the role is: {onsite}\nThis role is contributing to the {Motion} in {Qatar}.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPenetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.\nUnderstanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.\nGenerating service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.\nActing as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.\nTypically, 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial service sales, technical sales or business\ndevelopment.\nProven experience selling motors and/or drives services.\nExperience developing industrial or government customers in the Qatar and building\nrelationships across technical, operational, procurement and management stakeholders.\nExperience in motor and drive service portfolio, service agreements, modernization, energy\nefficiency or digital service solutions is strongly preferred.\nAbility to interpret technical specifications, shape solutions and manage multiple commercial\nopportunities.\nStrong English communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.\nDevelopment & Grow of Service partners for assigned area\nMore about us:\nABB is a global company.
