Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nService Operations Manager__\nIn this role, you will coordinate on-site service activities and ensure they are carried out in accordance with ABB and customer requirements. On a daily basis, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers during the execution of service assignments. You will contribute your expertise by providing responsive service coordination and exceeding customer expectations.\nYour will be responsible for\nPlanning and coordinate on-site service activities in compliance with legal regulations and contractual requirements.\nMonitoring the completion of service visits and ensure that all documentation and project records are completed in a timely manner.\nReviewing and verify service reports for quality assurance purposes and identify any deviations.\nPlanning and allocate resources, including Field Service Engineers, to maximize customer service performance and contractual compliance.\nQualifications for the Role\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) with hands-on experience in service coordination and dispatching.\nProven experience in service planning, project management, and document control.\nExcellent organizational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability.\nSolid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to service delivery and project execution.\nPassion for customer service excellence and continuous process improvement.\nFluent in German and English, both written and spoken.\nThe recruitment process is managed by Talent Partner Emma Aslani\nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
