Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nManager, Field Service__\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nAs a Service Engineer, Site Supervisor at ABB Oy, Marine & Ports division in Raisio, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities for ABB Azipod® electric propulsion units. You will execute service work according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, acting as the technical point while delivering quality and satisfying customer service.\nThe position involves approximately 100-150 days of mostly international travel, as you will be providing on-site assistance at customer sites. While being in Finland you need to visit occasionally in our Raisio office. We offer you an excellent opportunity to contribute to developing the ABB marine business and to develop into an expert in our products and systems.\nYour responsibilities:\nPerforming and supervising mechanical service tasks for ABB Azipod® propulsion units\nMechanical supervision and execution of maintenance activities, installation, testing and commissioning of the systems in cooperation with the customer\nConsulting with and advising customers on optimal service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs, and providing specialist assistance and solutions\nIdentifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment and methods\nQualifications for the Role\nYou are able to read and understand mechanical drawings\nYou look for solutions and collaborate effectively with others as well as on your own.
