Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.\nThe work model for the role is: This position is hybrid but most of the time it will have to be on site/in the office which is located in our office in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. We will consider relocation for fully qualified candidates.\nYou will will mainly be responsible for:\nCreates and drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.\nEnsures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.\nExecutes service and sales channel strategy within their own area of responsibility.\nImplements productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration.\nDrives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS).\nEnsures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility.\nDrives, implements, reports, and monitors performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).\nRuns the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.\nImplements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.\nInvests in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.\nDrives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.\n Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)\n15+ years of experience and degree in Engineering highly preferred.\nLeadership Management experience required.\nWorks in large divisions with complex Service business.\nLong term strategic planning horizon. Significant impact on financial dimensions.\nImplement Service strategy and drive Service growth locally at the respective local unit level.\nLead the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources.\nResponsible for end to end service execution, within the Division.\nYou are at ease communication in English and Spanish.\nWillingness to travel\nStrong knowledge of the automotive market and general industry\nCustomer Centricity & Strong technical knowledge kowledge on systems/products integrated automation & digitalization .\nExperience and knowledge of automation software , in technical and commercial subjects.\n\nWe value people from different backgrounds.
