Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nService Sales Manager - Motion__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) of Motion products, penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.\nThe work model for the role is remote with requirement for travel.\nThis role is contributing to the Motion Business Area and covering the entire market in Bulgaria.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPenetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.\n\nUnderstanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.\n\nContributes to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.\n\nService activities onsite, commissioning and preventive maintenance of drives. Preparing comprehensive reports documenting service activities, including findings, recommendations and actions taken.\n\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications for the role\nSound knowledge of industrial automation products and systems - drives, motors, PLCs and Instrumentation, related to those products tools and software and the Industrial market in general.\n\nExperience in sales of industrial products and services will be a plus but is not mandatory\n\nAbility to develop and manage customer relationships,\n\nA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills\n\nGood level of English, both written and spoken.
