Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nAbteilungsleiter__\nShift Leader Electronics Manufacturing - 2-Shift (f/m/d)\nYour Role & Responsibilities\nTake the lead of a shift team in our production and work together with your team to ensure safe, quality-focused and reliable production operations.\nIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.\nThe work model for the role is: onsite in a 2-shift operation.\nLead and develop the employees within your shift team, including conducting development discussions and contributing to personnel decisions\nEnsure delivery schedules as well as quality and performance targets are met within the shift\nMonitor and ensure compliance with occupational safety, ESD protection and workplace conduct requirements\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within your area of responsibility\nOur team dynamics\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
